is the Edgar-nominated investigative reporter and author of "Are You There Alone?" She is the Associate Director of the Yale Summer Film Institute, a screenwriter, and a past Board member of the Writers' Guild of America. She has written for Law & Order and Law & Order: Special Victims' Unit. She blogs for the Huffington Post and is a Poynter Grant recipient for her work in documentary film.
